    Placing Your Order

    Placing an order with our online shop is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automically create an account when you place your first order online.

    Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

    Find the Items You Want
    Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
    Proceed to Checkout
    Enter a Shipping Address
    Choose Shipping Methods
    Billing Address and Payment Information
    Review and Submit Your Order
    Check Your Order Status



    1. Find the Items You Want

    First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including PDF information files (if applicable).

    2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

    If you want to order an item from our virtual shop, click the "Buy" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

    3. Proceed to Checkout

    Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

    The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our troubleshooting tips.

    4. Sign In

    Enter your e-mail address and password, and click the "Login" button. If you haven't registered to the shop before, click "Continue" and follow the registration instructions.

    5. Enter a Shipping Address

    Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you'd like to change the shipping address, click the "Change Address" button.

    6. Choose Shipping Methods

    Currently, there are three shipping methods at our shop, depending on your country address.

    Also, please note that Products marked with (***) are currently not in stock. You will have to remove these products in order to complete your purchase. The shipping charge for your order is displayed on this page.

    7. Billing Address and Payment Information

    Tell us where you would like to send your invoice. If you'd like to change the billing address, click the "Change Address" button.

    Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

    8. Review and Submit Your Order

    Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

    9. Check Your Order Status

    If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the Your Account link in the top left corner of all pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.

  • I cannot register for a shop account, or when registered, I cannot login.
    The shop system uses cookies to track down your shop activity. Please make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser. For best results, delete all cookies before registering.
  • I can't find a product in your shop!
    If you can't find a product, it's either for two reasons:
    1. We don't sell/distribute this product.
    2. The product is not released yet. Check the 'Coming Soon' section at the shop's main page for the exact release date. If this section is not visible, then there are no products to be released in the near future.
  • I cannot complete my purchase.
    For best result please make sure the following:
    1. Cookies are enabled in your browser.
    2. No anti Pop Up application is working in the background.
    3. You're not behind a firewall.
  • What are the shop delivery terms?
    BNE will send your order to anywhere in the world.
    Please allow 14-21 working days for delivery.
    Shipping is $5 for the first two items, and 1$ for each additional item.
